Aims & Objectives

  • Increase teen knowledge on what causes screen addiction and action plans for reducing the negative impact of screen usage on young people

  • Improve organizational effectiveness on dealing with screen addiction for teens

  • Strengthen knowledge of how to engage more mindfully with technology, to prevent screen addiction

  • Deepen sense of community for teens surrounding this issues and building a network of opportunities for phone free engagement

    Based on the research, I created connection driven replacement techniques for screen time reduction

  • Youth Driven Screen Time Reduction Techniques

    Created youth driven reeducation techniques based on the previous research, so that content in their area can be accessible for young people
